Support Service Options

Kittay House is committed to your independence, and helps assure your ability to age well at home through referrals to a broad range of supportive services, if and when you need them!

On a fee for service basis, you can arrange for personal or health care services, such as the following:

• On-site Physician's offices and rehabilitation offices schedule appointments to assure continuity of care
• Doctor “Home Calls” -- primary and specialty physicians visit Kittay House on rotating schedule
• Other Health Care Services: schedule visits with professionals in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiatry, Podiatry, Optometry, Audiology
• Access, on a fee for service basis, to other Services of The Jewish Home & Hospital:
• On-site dialysis treatments
• Subacute rehabilitation therapy and long-term nursing care
• Home health care services: from a HAPI (Home Assistance Personnel, Inc.) aide
• HealthMonitor® telehealth program: features an in-home Health Buddy® device which communicates your health status to a registered nurse
