Apartments at Kittay House are efficiently designed for simplified daily living. Most offer bright, sunny views of our lush gardens or the New York City skyline. A number of apartments also have terrace balconies. Studios average $1,999 per month, which includes a package of amenities and services. One-bedroom apartments average $3,295 per month.

Our updated apartments include new frost-free refrigerators, microwave ovens and feature walk-in showers.

Kittay House apartment features:

As a Mitchell Lama program, Kittay House offers tenants (who meet income eligibility requirements) ability to apply for SCRIE (Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption program), a NYC program which helps defray rent increase for seniors who qualify.
