Kittay House apartments and the entire building are designed to support independent living and full participation in the community.
In addition to supportive features included in the monthly rent such, as two meals per day, linen and housekeeping services, 24 hour lobby attendant and more, tenants at Kittay House have access to an array of optional fee for service health and personal care services.

While Kittay House does not provide any medical or direct care services, tenants have access to a broad range of optional services from other providers, right on site at Kittay.
An on-site Wellness Center, offers free blood pressure screening, weight tracking, advice on general questions of health and well being and referrals to other health care service providers
Unlike Assisted Living communities, health and personal care services are strictly on a fee for service basis, so you only pay for what you need.

Services available on-site at Kittay House, on a fee for service basis:
- Certified Home Health Aide and Companion services
- Certified Home Health Aide night time check in service
- Care Management services from a professional geriatric care manager, who will assist in finding and coordinating services that can help tenants stay safe, healthy and independent
- Medication reminder service
- Physician’s offices on-site
- Doctor “Home Calls” — primary and specialty physicians who come to Kittay on a scheduled basis to see their patients
